Bio:  Mr. Fisher has more than 18 years of engineering experience in the design, project management and construction oversight of Electrical and Instrumentation systems for projects throughout the United States. His experience includes preliminary design memorandums & feasibility studies, electrical and instrumentation design, system analysis, power coordination, arc flash hazard assessments, and construction inspections.  He has a Bachelors of Science, Electrical Engineering (BSEE) in 1993 from the Univ. of Oklahoma. He is a Professional Engineer in Texas, Oklahoma, and 6 other states.
